Delfina is graduated in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, with post-graduation degrees in Management and in Design Thinking & Business Innovation. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and also a certified Software Tester.

With a deep knowledge of the Software Industry, in particular, the Financial and Insurance Markets, Delfina is highly skilled in managing complex projects such as ERP implementations, Company Mergers, and creation of new business areas.

Delfina has a strong ability to create empathy and has a wide experience in building cross-functional teams with customers or partners from different countries and cultural backgrounds.

During her professional career, Delfina worked for large companies and startups, allowing her to understand and connect both worlds.

Paulo is passionate about innovation and delivering business results. He has 25 years of professional experience and a strong track record in achieving business results in short, medium and long-term.

Specialized in the areas of Innovation Management, Business Model Innovation and Customer Experience Innovation, Paulo uses methodologies like LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Design Thinking in his projects and workshops. This way, he manages to unlock the participants’ creativity and ensure a human-centered approach.

Paulo was Senior Advisor to the Minister of the Presidency and Administrative Modernization in the Portuguese Government, having been responsible for driving Public Sector Innovation, ICT Strategy and the creation of competency centers in the Legal and Digital areas. During that assignment, Paulo created LabX, the experimentation Lab for the Portuguese Public Administration with the purpose of embedding an experimentation culture within the public administration.

During most of his career, Paulo worked for technological multinationals, like Cisco and Alcatel, building and leading sales, pre-sales and consulting teams in several market sectors. He was awarded Cisco Chairman’s Club and Alcatel President’s Club due to his performance and proven results.

Paulo’s background in Electrical and Computers Engineering is enriched by post-graduate degrees in Management and in Investments & Financial Markets. This set of skills, in the areas of technology, management, and finance, allows him to help companies innovate in their business models and take advantage of digital transformation.
